You may, or may not, have noticed that I haven’t posted any Toronto looks in ages. Well, in the Northern hemisphere it’s winter. Some days it’s warm, but most it’s not. Most days everyone is wearing a black parka, toque, and some sort of functional boot. We are not at the height of fashion. In light of this, a recent new job is to photograph people right now, weather be damned. The deadline is looming and I’ve been going crazy trying to get these shots. They just don’t exist.
Or do they? Luckily for everyone involved I am stubborn to the point of relentless. I am freelance, yeah. So today I’m venturing out and won’t come home until I have all the shots I need. This photo was taken in Paris and her orange coat was just to die for. Paired with the red pants I just adored this look. With this as my inspiration I’m calling to the Muses today invoking their help in my search for colour in the dreary Toronto winter.
